Frequently Asked Questions

 What is required to book a session or wedding?
Sessions : A 50% non refundable retainer and a signed agreement is required to secure the date and time of session.

Weddings: A 25% non refundable retainer and signed agreement is required to secure the date and time of the wedding.
Do you have a payment plan?
Yes, Payment plans are available! Final payments for sessions is due one day before the session. Final payments for weddings is due 14 days before the wedding day. 
When should I book my session or wedding?
To ensure proper planning and a successful session, please book your session within 4-6 weeks of the intended date for your session. This is really important if you have a deadline to meet.

There's a lot of pre-planning for weddings such as photography timeline, on going consultation, venue walk-thru, collaborating with your wedding coordinator and etc. To ensure that you have a beautiful and successful wedding, please book within 90 days from your wedding day. 
What is your turnaround time? 
You will receive an online gallery via email with the final edited photos within two weeks from the session. A proofing gallery will be sent within 48 hours from the session for you to select your favorite photos.
 
An online gallery will be sent via email with the final edited photos within 8 weeks, however sneak peeks will be available within 72 hours from the wedding day.
 
Clients may pay a rushing fee if they would like to have their photos completed before the set turnaround times. 
Should I wear makeup for session?
It is highly recommended to hire a professional makeup artist to ensure that you have a finished looked for your session. I can refer you to a few makeup artists if you do not have one. 
Where do you shoot your sessions?
 All of sessions are held outdoors or a natural light studio. Prior to our session, we will discuss location ideas that will best suit your session. 
 
Some locations may require a permit fee or rental fee for photography sessions,the client will need to pay the fee.
What if  I need to reschedule my session?
 I understand emergencies or personal matters may come up that will cause a session to be rescheduled. Clients are requested to give 24 hour notice to reschedule their session and must reschedule their session within 30 days.

If we're expecting rain on your schedule day, I will notify you within 48 hours and reschedule your session within 30 days. 
Do you photograph babies?
 I do not photograph babies with the exception of family photos, but I can refer you to a few of my photography friends who does.
